At Zoptilo, customer trust is very important to us. While we aim to provide products that meet your expectations, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items that are custom-made, intimate, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Please contact our customer care team before returning an item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included on your package for it to be accepted. Once the returned item arrives, it will undergo inspection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, adjusted for applicable fees or shipping costs.

If you purchased a discounted product, refunds will reflect the amount you paid at checkout. Exchanges for alternative options are available, depending on inventory. Additional charges may apply for upgraded products or shipping.

When sending returns, securely repackage the product with all included accessories and documents. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to confirm safe delivery.

Please note: unless the error is ours, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from your refund.
